15.313. Same; specified division.

(1) DIVISION OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT.

There is created in the department of military affairs a division of emergency management. The administrator of this division shall be nominated by the governor and with the advice and consent of the senate appointed, to serve at the pleasure of the governor.
